Poor Arizona Children were freezing walking around downtown!We went to downtown Portland today. It was supposed to be a little sunny...haha I don't think the weathermen have the heart to tell everyone here that they aren't going to see it again until after St. Patricks Day....So they say it will be "partly Sunny" Hahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Any way we went exploring and found some cool stuff.
