I think it's the best of the three! But if you change out your appliances, change them to clean stainless (the kid that doen't show smudges), or change out the countertops, too. White appliances with dark countertops would be yucky. Hey, what's wrong with yellow? I sleep in yellow every night! And WHAT? Still no formal dining room?!?! I would KILL for one! Can you imagine my 10- foot dining table in there with a holiday feast on it? AWESOME! Oh, wait, sorry--got carried away in my daydreams. Anyway, I am just excite that you're coming back to the good side of the USA!
