It's Thursday.....

Well, the kids have been in school for 4 days......so far so good. It is so nice to have the school closer, they are still far enough away to have to ride the bus, but it is a quick trip to take them or get them. My friend from high school, Candy Crawford, now Candy Glancey, was in Little Rock this last week, and called to see if she could stop by on her way back to San Diego. She got here yesterday afternoon, and took us out to dinner and spent the night before continuing on her journey to the west. We had so much fun talking about the people we know from HS and our families. She knows Dave Clark from Sempra Energy, they both worked there at the same time. It was a real blast from the past....our 40 year reunion is in 2009..................we're sorta gettin' old:)
Mark is working in Portland...a store is opening today. He is looking around, and no doubt taking pics for us. I am excited for a new adventure, with better weather, he said it was about 70 today......we're having a heat advisory for the next 3 days, still to hot and humid for living things!!!
